- Laissez-faire Style
This leadership style doesn’t put the whole responsibility on the leader’s shoulders. It has more to do with assigning responsibilities to individuals with minimum or zero supervision. The leader also has a chunk of responsibility to take care of. Everyone is answerable for their part and supposed to do it efficiently.

- Servantant Leader Style
This leadership style followers believe that if the employees or team members are happy, they give a better output. The leader keeps his members happy by listening to them and accommodating as much as possible.
